Booking Procedure

Payment Procedure

After receiving your acceptance of tour price, and payment procedure, we will immediately make necessary arrangements which normally take about -3 working days. Then ,we will send to you confirmation by e-mail with your booking status.

Require to settle a 30% non refundable deposit in order to guarantee your reservation. 70% will be paid When arriving in Myanmar before the tour . Payment can be mode by swift transfer to Myanmar Foreign Trade Bank MFTB.

Prices quoted are net basis and valid according to the date specified on the printed tariffs , warrants that the prices or rates quoted are correct according to the current Rate .

Hotel Cancellation

Domestic Air Cancellation

Hotel cancellation made 7 days and less will be subject to one night hotel charge . No show will be at 100% of the total invoice.

Domestic air cancellation will be made before 7 days and less will be paid 50% of the total invoice . No show will be at 100% of the total invoice.

Booking Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is given after a deposit which could make booking secure have been made, no refund would be provided. Our cancellation policy is as follows;

5 weeks prior to arrival 50 %
2 weeks prior to arrival 75 %
Less than 2 weeks and no show 100 %

Services not utilized after the commencement of the tour, no refund would be given.
 

Child Fare

Group Policy

A 75% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 12 years old sharing room with parent .In font 2 years and younger will be charged some% of adult fare according to Airline.

One complementary will be provided to your Leader exceeding is full paying members in a single group depend on conditions.

Accommodation

Meal

Accommodation is provided as indicated and facilities such as private bath, air conditioning system ,hot and cold water , Myanmar Delight provide the best available alternative where the facilities do not exit .It circumstances dictate, accommodation at alternatives hotels of equally will be provided. Fare is based on two persons sharing a room .If a separate single room is required there will be a single supplement liable . Daily breakfast services charges and faxes at hotels are normally included of not otherwise indicate clearly .

Generally , breakfast is served at hotels in the main cities .If full board or half board is indicated .To the tour-prices ,Myanmar Delight provides other lunch and Dinner in hotels .

Ground Transportation

Claims

Round trip transfers between airports , railway department , piers and hotels by coach ,mini bus , limousine services are included as indicated . Full time ground transport covering coaches, mini bus or car between one major city to another .Myanmar Delight utilize vehicles equipped with air -conditioned system .However ,due to poor road conditioned and poor quality gas , the system may not function property sometimes .fun same areas ,where facilities do not exit we will provide with the best available .

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding .In the event ,such effort would fail ,the dispute , claims or litigations shall be finally settled by arbitrations of the Union of Myanmar. All claims must be submitted in writing 30- days after the end of the services .

RESPONSIBILITY

Myanmar Delight Oct as the agent for the person in regard to travel whether by rail-road , motor _coach , boat , airplane or liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the tourisms programs . Therefore , Myanmar Delight will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expense due to accident , delay , sickness ,weather , strike or other cause beyond its control .
participation in the tour implies the person's agreement to the above conditions Myanmar Delight also reserve the right to modify or reserve the original programs in the interest of the clients .It may substitute flights with train or coach service, when deemed necessary due to circumstance or beyond its control. However , Myanmar Delight will make , fullest possible endeavor to keep at with the original program and arrangements as agreed upon the satisfaction of the clients.

TOURIST VISA

BUSINESS VISA

A valid Passport with Entry visa is required for all visitors. A tourist visa allows a stay of 28 days and extendible for an additional 14 days.

A valid passport with entry visa is required for all businessmen, applicable at Myanmar Embassies and Consulate General Offices abroad, allows 28 days and extendible up to 12 months.

VISA ON ARRIVAL

Visa on arrival is well granted on prior arrangement.
(1) Myanmar Visa VOA ( Visa on arrival ) is for tourists.
(2) Tour program and hotels must be mentioned.
(3) It is necessary to send us your photo by email, fax or post.
(4) The information of the clients as follows is necessary;
1. Clients full name and passport numbers.
2. Date of issue and place of issue.
3. Date of expire.
4. Father’s name.
5. Date of Birth and place of birth.
6. Occupation.
7. Home address.
8. Nationality.
9. 2 recent photos size photographs.
Visa-on-arrival takes about 10 working days.

VISA EXTENSION

1. Fill in the Extension form.
2. Visa Extension before you arrive, you can give us the form, your original passport and 2 photos for 2 weeks extension. It takes at least 2 days and max 5 days to get Tourist Visa Extended.
